Free Shipping

At AudioDeluxe we provide Free Shipping on ALL items, big or small, within the Contiguous United States (otherwise known as the lower 48). No minimum purchase required, no special exclusions…when we say "Free" we mean it! When Free Shipping is chosen your product will ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, FedEx SmartPost, or USPS Priority. Typical delivery estimate is between 5-10 days.

Expedited Shipping Options

Need your hardware even faster? We offer the most competitive Expedited Shipping rates in the industry. We use a number of different carriers (typically FedEx and UPS) and will choose the best option to ensure your speedy delivery. Your options include:

  • One-Day Shipping - U.S. only - Delivery within 1 business day
  • Two-Day Shipping - U.S. only - Delivery within 2 business days

International Shipping

Due to Manufacturer constraints, we are only able to ship select products internationally. If you are unable to retrieve a Shipping Quote for your international address on the Checkout page this most probably means we cannot ship an item in your Cart outside the U.S. For items that are eligible for international shipping, we are happy to ship to nearly all countries via FedEx and USPS. International orders do not qualify for "Free Shipping".

Customs, Import Duties, and Value Added Tax (VAT)

Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties, customs charges and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges cannot be predicted by us, are not included in the shipping price, and are the buyer's responsibility. Customs clearance procedures vary by country and can cause delays beyond our control, these delays are not included in the delivery estimates below. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding their charges and policies prior to purchase.




International Priority: 2-3 business days


Express International: 4-6 business days

International Economy: 3-5 business days


Priority International: 7-12 business days


Tracking Information

Upon shipment you will be notified via email with necessary carrier and tracking details. You can also access this information within your account by viewing your Order. If your item was shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS you can track your package via the Order History page. Please be patient if you do not immediately see detailed tracking information for your package as carrier updates typically occur at the end of business day.

Orders processed after 11:30 a.m. CST will be shipped the following business day

Original shipping cost will be deducted from all returns (including orders that qualified for "Free Shipping").
