Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it unopened and unused for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the shipping date. If your item is defective we will gladly send out a replacement once we have received the original item. Please review our full terms and conditions below.

Return Conditions:

  • All products MUST be returned factory sealed, unopened, and unused. 
  • All returns for refund will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
  • A valid RA number (Return Authorization) MUST be issued by AudioDeluxe for ALL returns and exchanges. Please see "RA Instructions" below.
  • All returns must be shipped via trackable method and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Software
  • Custom Upgrades
  • Special Orders
  • iLok Transfers
  • Personal Items (earphones, microphones, etc.)

Defective Items:

If you believe your product is defective please first contact the manufacturer to confirm the issue. We will gladly exchange an item that tests to be defective for the same item within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please note system compatibility issues will not be considered "defective". After 30 days you will need to follow the replacement procedure set forth by the manufacturer's warranty.

RA Instructions

You can request an RA number by filling out the Contact Us form. Please include all necessary information (Order #, Reason for Return, Contact Information). Once your RA number has been issued you will receive a Return Authorization form via email. This form must be completely filled out and included in the return package. Please note RA numbers are only valid for 15 days.
